BIOGRAPHY

Robby Allen has been entertaining and waterskiing since the age of 3. Learning how to two ski and single ski at a young age Rob soon learned how to barefoot shortly after that by age 6. Show Ski waterskiing opened Robby's eyes to the possibility of what could be done and accomplished out on the water. From there on Robby was always trying new thing and disciplines on and off the water.

After show skiing for a few years with his family Robby fell in love!

In live show ski productions there is a lot of music involved in each act and that is how Rob got involved in music.

Robby's older twin sisters both amazing athletes and singers growing up setting the bar high, he knew he was going to have to step it up and blaze his own path.

Between skiing in waterskiing shows and hearing his sisters sing he began to find his love for music and started banging on pots and pans.

Both well known sisters were cheerleaders in High School and knew the head band instructor. During the basketball season they told the instructor of the pep band that there little 6 year old brother was a self taught musician and could play the drums. He thought they were kidding. When the buzzer for the 3rd period started Robbys music life changed forever.

Not even able to reach the drum pedals, while the band took its break Robby played drum solos every time the home team scored a basket. The crowd loved it!

For the next 4 years of his sisters' high school career he was know as the "3rd period drum kid".

When Robby was going into the 5th grade he tried out to be in percussion for the school band. Robby was devastated when he found out because he didn't play the piano or know how to read music he could not play drums. But Robby loved music enough to were he wanted to stick with it so he chose the Trombone.

He played the bone all the way through Middle School while playing the drum kit for Jazz band. In High School Rob finally switched to percussion were he played in classical, pep, jazz and marching band.

During a drum line rehearsal the teacher Ben Collins showed the young drummers a small dj mixer board. The class practiced timing to a bunch of dance tracks.

Robby was so blown away that he convinced his mom to buy him a board that night. He also had to ask one of his sisters to use her old laptop. The screen wouldn't stay open by itself.

At the age of 15 Robby started his next journey, DJing.

His natural talent of being on beat and excellent song choice made it an easy transition. Although he at the time didn't know all the struggles he would have to go through before having a break out success.

After 7 years of DJing and MCing he decided he wanted to take his music skills to the next level. In 2013 Rob attended Point Blank Music College in London, UK were he thrived in an environment he loved.  Graduating with over 13 certificates, 2 diplomas and a featured interview in the school's newest promotional video in just one year, Robby found his calling.

During these years Rob improved his waterskiing abilities every summer in the states. While in London he rode and competed in Wakeboard competitions. The next summer after he returned home from school he got asked to apply to the world famous Tommy Bartlett Ski, Sky and Stage Show in the Wisconsin Dells, WI.

After his first year of skiing pro on the weekdays and returning home to Chicago to DJ bars, clubs and weddings on the weekends he knew he wanted more!

Once the show managers found out about his DJing and MCing skills he was asked to waterski and announce the Shows. A dream come true for Robby.

Growing up Robby saw the show as a young water skier and only dreamed about skiing in front of this huge crowd of 5,250 people. Little did he know one day he would not only be skiing but announcing the shows too!

After skiing with the best water skiers in the world and DJing for big celebrities, well known clubs and bars all over the world, not to mention playing for the United Nations Junior Sports Summit Rob has finally figured out his next move in the entertainment industry.

Broadcasting and T.V. hosting.

Even though it may seem like Robby Allen has done a lot to get to this point, he knows he still has dues to pay and a long road ahead to success.
